Matherials
In this project we had to use the original handrail of the school to create our own handrail. The main objectives of this project was to think abou the matherials and textures.
The main idea of this project was to give more importance to the touch sense than to the sight, giving a sourprise and intrigue feeling to the user by not seeing the interior of the handrail.
We started with a coarse and grotesque prototype to express the idea and thinking about the structure to do imossible seing the inside of it.
But as prototype, it had a lot of improvements to do, so my team and me started working and thinking about different shapes and figures to make our handrail more elegant and delicate looking.
The final result was tottally diferent of what we did at the begining of the project, abstracting the main idea and exploring many other possiblities.
