Recycling
We had to start from the idea of the readymade, and do something similar with a Thonet chair, and the object that we choose. Me and my group choose the frames and use them to do something with a surrealistic touch, less useful and more conceptual and abstract.
My idea started from the artwork of Magritte of "Ceci n'est pas a pipe". Going and thinking inside the eternal complex world of art, we though about extract all the utility of the chair and make a it a piece of art. "Ceci n'est pas a chaise"
The final result was a chair with three different frames surrounding it and pointing different points of view of special interests of the chair that we don't use to see. The stood had two frames instead of one, but one cutted in three pieces giving the feeling of etherialism of the stood (art).
